Cognitive dissonance occurs when two opposing thoughts reside in the same mind, generating inner conflicts and psychological distress. The smears in a vertical line are an indication of the figure frozen in a moment of time once this realization comes up. A moon can indicate duality of human nature, light and dark. The double moon is symbolic in reflection of looking at ourselves from outside observation. Combined with stars and celestial elements gives a dazed effect of wanting to escape the complicated nature in wanting to grow but feel stuck.

This poster has a partly glossy, partly matte finish and it'll add a touch of sophistication to any room.
